8U Sharks Baseball Academy Victorious Over LI Dodgers Nation Lutgens 8U

8U Sharks Baseball Academy topped LI Dodgers Nation Lutgens 8U 7-4 on Sunday.

A double by Gabriel V put LI Dodgers Nation Lutgens 8U on the board in the top of the second.

8U Sharks Baseball Academy flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the third, scoring five runs on four hits to take the lead, 6-3. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by John B following a 6-pitch at-bat that drove in two.

George D led things off on the mound for 8U Sharks Baseball Academy. The starter gave up five hits and four runs over three innings, striking out five and walking four. Marcus T pitched three innings of no-run ball for 8U Sharks Baseball Academy in relief. The pitcher gave up two hits, striking out seven and walking one.

8U Sharks Baseball Academy tallied 10 hits in the game. John led 8U Sharks Baseball Academy with three hits in three at bats. Anthony C and John each drove in two runs for 8U Sharks Baseball Academy. Tyler L collected two hits for 8U Sharks Baseball Academy in three at bats. 8U Sharks Baseball Academy were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Shane G made the most plays with nine.
